At Stamped in Tradition, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you get it sorted.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- To start a return, please notify us at enquiries@stampedintradition.com
- Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to our studio.
- No refund can be given unless the item is damaged, this applies to all our products including stamps, ink pads, wax, embossing or heat guns.
2. Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Personalised Goods)
In accordance with UK consumer law, personalised or bespoke items (such as those custom-stamped with specific branding, names, dates, or messages) are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel.
Please double-check all spelling and dates at the time of ordering, as we cannot offer refunds for customer errors on custom pieces.
4. How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Package Securely: Please ensure the item is well-protected. We cannot refund items that are damaged during the return journey due to poor packaging.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Note: We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take great care in our craft, but if an item arrives damaged or there is a mistake made by our studio:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include a photograph of the fault or damage.
- We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you, including a reimbursement of your return postage.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned piece.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5–10 business days).
