Can I change my personalisation?

If you’ve just ordered, email us immediately. Once we have begun the stamping process, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our traditional stamps worldwide from our Devon studio. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does it take to make my stamp?

Every stamp is hand-crafted with care. Our current lead time is typically 3–5 business days before your order is dispatched.

Do you offer bespoke designs?

We certainly do. If you have a specific logo, family crest, or wedding monogram in mind, please email us to discuss a bespoke commission.

Returns & Care

What is your return policy?

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue.

How do I clean my bronze stamp?

Bronze is incredibly durable. Simply wipe the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth after use to remove any excess wax.
