1. Production & Dispatch Times
Because our products are traditionally stamped and finished by hand, they take a little time to perfect.
- Standard Items: Usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.
- Commissions: Can take 21–28 working days before it is dispatched.
- Busy Periods: During seasonal peaks (such as Christmas), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

3. International Delivery
We are delighted to send our traditional crafts across the globe.
- Europe: Estimated 5–7 working days.
- Rest of World: Estimated 7–14 working days.
- Customs & Duties: Please be aware that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local administration fees that may be applied by the destination country.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification. If you have selected a Tracked Service, this email will include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
5. Delivery Address Responsibilities
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Missing or Delayed Parcels
