2. Product Accuracy & Bespoke Goods
- Handcrafted Nature: Many of our products are handcrafted or finished by hand. As such, slight variations in finish, texture, or “stamping” alignment are a mark of traditional craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
- Personalisation: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any text, dates, or names provided for personalised items are spelled correctly. Once a stamp has been made, we cannot offer a refund due to customer error.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£).
- We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. However, the price displayed at the time of your order will be the price you pay.
- Payment must be received in full before any order is dispatched or any bespoke work commences.
4. Contract of Sale
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed only when we send you confirmation that your goods have been dispatched.
